2024 Summer Festival Scrapbook

Another wonderful year at the Methow Valley Community Center with many new people attending. The musicians were really spectacular this year. Our new acoustical shells on the stage and sound done by Kenashton Productions out of Wenatchee created the best acoustics possible in the Center.

Our musicians have spent the last two summers at the Methow Valley Inn just a few short blocks from the Center allowing them to walk to and from and be around in the center of Twisp. We were happy to have relatively cool temperatures, so our attendees were comfortable during the music. Our open rehearsals at the gym were well attended and our open rehearsals at Sun Mountain Lodge, the Winthrop Library and the Mazama Public House each had an average of 50 people.

This year our Administrative Director, Jenny Beste, left for other opportunities. We will miss her and her focus on details. Liz Johnson, came for a visit from Texas, and attended the Festival. It was so nice to have a prior Executive Director come.
