House an Artist

We have one goal: Promote the appreciation of chamber music in the Methow Valley. We do that through concerts, free performances, lectures, and the personal contact that naturally occurs between the audience and artists at our events.

During concert week, every artist stays with a local family.

All our musicians stay with local families. Housing a musician is a wonderfully satisfying experience; especially inspiring to those with young children.

Carolyn Sullivan, who hosts a festival musician in her home every year, says, "Housing a festival musician gives you the opportunity to go beyond the festival, to get to know someone whose talents often extend to other areas, and whose relationship with you takes the festival to another level."

The family provides housing, some meals, and a welcoming spirit. If you would like to host a musician, please contact our festival office:
